Ash wooden sleeve, Ø16/10 × 25 mm
The ash wooden sleeve is designed for the LamiFIX 10 mm system and is suitable for Set 31, Set 32 and Set 100. It gives a neat, elegant finish to the underside of handrails, timber ceilings and other timber connections.
After screwing in threaded insert LF 1441.010.1 or LF 1441.060.1, glue the wooden sleeve into the enlarged part of the hole. It covers the 16 mm bore and reduces the visible opening to 10 mm, allowing rods from the LF 3905 range to fit precisely.
Installation in three steps
- Drill the hole: Use step drill LF 2051.003.3 to drill the stepped hole.
- Screw in the threaded insert: Depending on the application, screw the appropriate threaded insert LF 1441.010.1 or LF 1441.060.1 into the prepared hole.
- Glue in the wooden sleeve and sand it flush: Glue the wooden sleeve into the 16 mm bore. Once the adhesive has cured, sand it flush with the wood surface. Keep the 10 mm opening clear for the rod.
This neatly conceals the enlarged bore and gives the connection an elegant finish, even when viewed from below.
Dimensions: Outside diameter 16 mm, inside diameter 10 mm, length 25 mm.
Wood is a natural material; colour and grain may vary.
